What difference of stator magnet and rotor magnet for ferrite magnet?

First, we talking about ferrite segment/arc/tile magnet.

Stator magnet means magnet working as STATOR, same reason rotor magnet means magnet working as ROTOR. It depend on customer’s motor design.

Usually, internal radius arc’s magnetic is higher as a stator magnet; for rotor magnet which is external radius arc’s magnetic is higher. The biggest difference is which part is rotation, stator or rotor?

Knowing magnet assembly situation for motor can save more time and energy.
